At the same time we know each person is different but still give general recommendations that are not tailored to the individual. Those seeking more end up doing screens and testing but no one knows what happens with the nutrition and lifestyle afterwards. Many companies also look at only one area of nutrition with the incorrect priority because lack of expertise how it is all connected.

Founder
Gayane earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and Master of Science in Nutrition from California State University, which she attended on a full athletic scholarship to compete at the highest level. She deepened her expertise in human performance through a year-long internship under a lead exercise physiologist and several years of work as a certified personal trainer. Today, she is a dual-licensed dietitian nutritionist — a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) in the US and a licensed dietitian and nutritionist (näringsfysiolog) in Sweden — with more than 16 years of experience in the field.
Over the years, she has guided patients across the full spectrum of health — from oncology and end-of-life care to neurodegenerative disease, diabetes, autoimmune disease, IBD and IBS, elite athletic performance and optimization. Most recently, she has served as Chief Nutritionist at Sand Clinic, Sweden's first exclusive longevity clinic, located at Forskaren in Stockholm's life science hub.
