Nutrition consultations
Nutrition consultations are the core of what we offer and how many you need all depends on your goals and needs. You pay as you, no membership required.
Initial nutrition consultation
We start with a initial consultation which lasts 60 min. Here we go over your health, goals and decide a plan for what we will be focusing on. If you decide to add biomarker testing, then you do this before the next follow up.
Follow up consultation
After that we have follow up sessions, either 45 min or 60 min sessions, we tailor depending on your goals.
Biomarker testing
Testing is an add-on and it not required but if you want more in depth understanding of your health status in which your nutrition and lifestyle can be more precise, then it is for you. Two different packages are offered.
Discover
Covers all the basics when it comes to vitamins, minerals, blood sugars and blood lipids.
Premium
Covers everything as Discover but have additional markers such as inflammation and more in depth status of your metabolic status.
